The following applies to all my social platforms, channels, and myself. This includes:

Oasis: Main online presence.

Swiftblade: My 2nd channel and main OC (original character).

All my other OC's (e.g. Darkwind, Psywave, Ruby Arye, Aqua/Aquasis, etc.)

Do not use my designs, artwork, or assets (e.g., banners, headers, YouTube thumbnails) without permission.

Do not plagiarize or create "modified" versions of my work that are blatant copies with minor changes. There is a difference between inspiration and misappropriation.

Do not use my music for commercial purposes.

Do not use my music in content (e.g., YouTube videos) without proper credit.

Do not use any of my pre-2022 Minecraft skins, as many of them no longer represent me, make me uncomfortable, or were exclusively paid and commissioned (e.g., Water Blob skins, Aqua/Aquasis skins). The same goes for not claiming my current skins and their associated OC's as your own. You are allowed to use my skins as any other person would use a content creator's skin of course, but don't claim them as your own and attempt to steal my character(s).

WARNING: Any unauthorized use of my work may result in DMCA takedowns and, if necessary, legal action. Much of my work is protected under copyright, and I will take appropriate steps to ensure it is respected.

I go by "she/her" pronouns only. Please don't use "they/them" either. I do also use neos (sonic/sonics/sonicself) occasionally.

I prefer feminine compliments and adjectives; masculine ones make me feel really uncomfortable so please don't use them.

Try to keep things PG-13, preferably.

Do NOT dig up or ask for personal info such as my IRL personal details, location, etc.

If you've heard or are aware of my of the way my old voice used to sound in the past (several years ago), do NOT make any comments, jokes, or anything related to it at all no matter what it is.

Never include my old voice in any recorded footage/edits/vods. It feels seriously invasive and makes me really uncomfortable. No exceptions.

I do not tolerate shipping of minors under any circumstance. Minors mean under 18 regardless of location.

Do not ship me with other content creators. No exceptions.

You are, however, completely allowed to freely ship my original characters (from ACROSS THE DARKNESS™) except for any characters who are siblings.

Don't trauma dump, putting me on the spot isn't nice. Don't interact with bad people who decide to invade the stream, my mods will get them out of there.

I'm a very competitive player and have ADHD as well as autism, so I sometimes have to focus so I'll miss messages occasionally.

If i miss a message after multiple times though, I'm probably not missing it and I also probably can't figure out how to tell you to quit it without ruining the mood. Use common sense!

Saying strong NSFW things in donations, replies, or elsewhere where minors can see is weird and not tolerated as lots of people who wouldn't want to hear/see that could see. Be mindful.

Please do not ask me any personal/invasive questions while streaming.

I rarely speak on streams, so do not ask or try to get me to talk if I'm not talking. Mute streams are a thing you know.

I absolutely LOVE fanart and encourage people to express themselves artistically! This includes through all forms of artistic avenues (within limits, read below) as long as I am NEVER depicted as masculine. Things such as some visible muscle is fine though since my main OC, Swiftblade, for example, is pretty strong.

Please don't draw my old (pre-mid 2022) water themed OC named Aqua (the one with the purple sweater and made of water). I abandoned it for personal reasons and don't want to be associated with it nor am I comfortable with having it drawn. My current OC, named Swiftblade, and other characters in ACROSS THE DARKNESS™ can be drawn though! :D

You are allowed to draw my OC(s) with any outfit design (ex: Goku's outfit, a maid dress, etc.) other than the main/normal outfit but cannot modify the design of the main/normal outfit in a way that wasn't intended. This includes things such as removing the hedgehog ears or intentionally "censoring" the design. I'm also fine with more revealing outfits or more suggestive artworks but don't overdo it if you want to avoid it falling under NSFW. Use common sense. If you need clarification for anything, please reach out!

ABOUT NSFW: NSFW and nudity is fine and I don't really care much as long as its not easily reachable by minors and NOT included on my main art tag(s). ALWAYS be mindful of minors. PLEASE.

I do NOT tolerate full on gore/extreme gore NSFW art in any shape or form. I'm fine with art containing lighter stuff like mild blood, damage, etc if it is of a fictional character however (aka an SMP such as the LifeSteal SMP or the ACROSS THE DARKNESS™ project).

I have insecurities with my weight and height, especially having issues with not eating enough, so please avoid drawing myself (my main OC, Swiftblade) too tall or with a larger/chubbier body type.

Overall feel free to express yourself artistically as I think fanartists are the backbone of this community and I love how artistic the community is!! <3

Digging into content creators' personal lives or pasts is not cool. Especially personal lives. Please don't do this.

Do not speak for me on boundaries other than the ones on this list or ones I have clarified in the past. My boundaries are my own and can change at any time as well.

I encourage the blocking of anyone knowingly violating these boundaries. Educate people first!
